Ask the employees to give ideas on different things and be attentive to them whenever they are giving them. Sometimes good ideas which aim at attaining the goals of the organization are given by the employees. As a senior, you should listen to what the employees have to stay regarding different projects of the organization. Employees feel that they are valued when their ideas are listened to. If some of the ideas do not seem to be practical, do not practice them. The things which make employees complain are different.
